      Want to know how they do it? Want to have their strength?

Aerialpilates is the perfect blend of classical mat pilates and circus training.
It combines the symmetric work of pilates on the floor with silks and trapeze in the air for a fantastically challenging workout. Whether you know what a footlock is or have never been able to climb the rope in gym, the class is personalized for each individual. 
Learn to anchor muscles properly on the mat and climb and invert in air. As the sessions progress build upon pilates foundation for an "injury free" body in the air. 
                              Each class starts with mat pilates on the floor, warm-up stretches on floor and apparatus.
Next, climbs and conditioning in air with emphasis on precise body alignment and proper muscle use. To finish, more conditioning and cool down stretches on the floor.
